How to use
 
Wear the kavach around your neck on a Wednesday morning after bathing, facing East.
Before wearing, chant the Saraswati beej mantra: "Om Aim Saraswatyai Namah" 108 times to activate the beads.
The kavach should ideally rest near the Anahata (heart) or Vishudha (throat) chakra for maximum benefit.
Remove before sleeping, bathing, and during periods of ritual impurity. Store in the red velvet pouch provided.
Re-energise every six months by soaking overnight in raw cow milk and re-chanting the mantra at sunrise.
