Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation by Customer

​

We accept cancellation or modification of order with full refund within 24 hours after placing an order.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order just send an email to support@jupiterkart.com with order number.

If order modification or cancellation request received after 24 hours of placing of order, in such cases we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation or order, however we will try our best to accommodate your request and confirmation shall be informed via email.

 

Order Cancellation by Seller

Jupiterkart.com fully reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason on its own discretion. Cancellation of any order may include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or price issues. If order is fully or partially cancelled, its information will be intimated to buyer via email.

Amount debited shall be fully refunded in your account and amount shall be reflected within 7-10 working days based on banks process time.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

  • The return or exchange can be done for all reasons within 7 days after your order is delivered.

  • In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in original and unused condition with all tags and packaging. 

  • It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.

  • If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

  • Note: We suggest you to select 'Speed Post' as your courier service rather than using other courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India's largest postal network and it is totally reliable.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns and Replacement policy.

  • Successful return and exchange of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

    • Correct and complete product (with the original brand, Original Product Lab Certificate (if any), article number, Original/Copy of Invoice, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)

    • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes

Refund Policy

​

If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a refund or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund for the prepaid order will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). The Refund Amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

  • COD orders : The refund for the COD order will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). Customers' bank account details would be required to refund the amount which would be credited within 7-10 working days. Alternatively, refunds can also be done to customer GooglePay, PayTM etc

Return Policy on Custom Gemstone Rings or Pendant prepared on customer specific request etc.

​

Any custom jewelry created for you rings, pendants, etc. cannot be returned for Money. You can however, you can place a return request with 7 days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75percent of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.
