Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.

We at offers a very hassle free simple and transparent cancellation, return, replacement and refund policy to all its customers


Order Cancellation by Customer

We accept cancellation or modification of order with full refund within 24 hours after placing an order.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order just send an email to with order number.

If order modification or cancellation request received after 24 hours of placing of order, in such cases we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation or order, however we will try our best to accommodate your request and confirmation shall be informed via email.

Order Cancellation by Seller via fully reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason on its own discretion. Cancellation of any order may include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or price issues. If order is fully or partially cancelled, its information will be intimated to buyer via email.

Amount debited shall be fully refunded in your account and amount shall be reflected within 7-10 working days based on banks process time.

Return Policy

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition or wrong item delivered. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office, we would issue refund  for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.

Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns and Replacement Policy

Jupiter Advanced Solutions Pvt. Ltd. via provide transparent and simple 7 Days Return and Replacements policy.

The products will be eligible for return/refund/replacement if specifically provided for in the Product detail Page.

Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • Genuine defect or damaged, wrong item shipped in the product received.

  • Replacements for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Jupiter Advanced Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns and Replacement policy

  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate (if any) and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

In case the package appears damaged, crushed, wet or leaked from the outside please do not accept the package from the delivery person. It is probably damage-in-transit and should be not accepted from the courier company. However, if you discover the damage once you open the parcel, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of the delivery of the product through email ( describing the damage as mentioned below along with images of the parcel.

Genuine sizing issues, only for unused items with tags. Please refer to the size chart in the product page to ascertain if the item is of right size before buying.

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones, Mala (Rosary), Rudraksha and Yantra

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100 percent money paid for the gemstone within the 7 Day period by meeting the above conditions.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry, Stone Rings etc.

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, etc.) cannot be returned for Money. You can however, you can place a return request with 7 days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75percent of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

Refund Policy

The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via GooglePay, PayTm etc

Important Notes


– Return Shipment is at customer own cost

– Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded

– Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

– Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

Refund will be sent to the same mode of payment card or bank account or wallet from which the payment was made.
