Tehra Mukhi Rudraksha is another name for 13 Mukhi Rudraksha. The shape of the king Indra is represented by this Thirteen Mukhi Rudraksha, and Lord Indra is pleased when this Rudraksha is worn. When someone wears, they advance, gain more respect, and achieve great achievement. The thirteen face Rudraksha grants eight Siddhis and satisfies all of one's earthly aspirations, and the deity of love (Kamadeva) is pleased with the wearer of this Mukhi Rudraksha.
 
The thirteen Ratna (Gems) that make up the majority of this Rudraksha are given to the wearer by Lord Shiva. This Thirteen Mukhi Rudraksha heals the bearer of all diseases and removes them from their bodies. The wearer of this Rudraksha is said to become intelligent, powerful, sharp-minded, disease-free, and blessed with good children, sons, and daughters. This Rudraksha is also renowned for having the power of thirteen Sant (Saints). According to Bhagwan Dattatreya, the person who desires to live the life of a king should wear this thirteen-mukhi rudraksha.
